Ben Cohen, Co-Founder of Ben & Jerry’s says “There is a spiritual aspect to our lives — when we give, we receive — when a business does something good for somebody, that somebody feels good about them!” “At Experts in Media, we believe in doing good and getting good. Our importance becomes valuable when we appreciate our clients and look after them. There is nothing more important to a business than it’s customers and clients,” says Victoria Nupen, managing director of Experts in Media. We recently made a trip down to Miami to visit one of our well-known clients in the business industry. We were able to sit down and discuss different methods, strategies and insight about the media industry.
“It is so important to meet with clients face-to-face because it provides a personal touch. Even though times have changed and technology has made it so much easier to communicate through FaceTime, Skype, etc., we still visit our clients because nothing beats an old-fashioned, personal touch,” mentions Victoria Nupen of Experts in Media. Meeting with our Miami client gave us a chance to give and receive honest feedback. During the meeting, we asked questions about how we can improve our services, and we listen. The number one thing that we know about face-to-face meetings with clients is that we’re there to listen, make changes and act upon any request that is needed to better our client’s user experience.
“We also got the chance to demonstrate some new strategies we’ve developed over time. Concepts that the client did not know we offer, but we did. Our clients like to see that we’re giving in depth and full support when it comes to all aspects of their business media wise. To earn trust, we must be fully transparent and take the time to discuss these things,” says Victoria Nupen of Experts in Media. The final reason that we value face-to-face communication is because face-to-face delivers something that can’t be expected over the phone. It’s realistic and more empathetic, the person in front of you will know that you are when you’re there actually talking about issues that matter. This is why we had a great time visiting our client in Miami and look forward to more trips towards our other clients.
